  • Thanks for booking with us. To ensure you have the best experience, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for your initial consultation prior to your appointment.

  • ALL CLIENTS must have their hair washed and blow dried prior to arrival.

    No grease or foam shall be in your hair before any service is performed.

    If you do not have time to come to your appointment with your hair washed, be sure to book a shampoo service and arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment so we can wash and dry your hair before your haircut.

  • Please be sure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

    If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will be subject to a canceled appointment and a no show fee of $15.

    First time clients who book and no-call, no-show their first appointment will be banned from booking online.

    If you miss more than 3 appointments without paying the missed appointment fee, you subject yourself to being blocked from booking online.

    If you are consistently 7-10 minutes late to your appointments, you will be blocked from the website. No questions asked.

  • Yes, book your appointment for your child and understand that ALL children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 4 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Missed appointments are a $15 fee for a no show on your next appointment
